- How dry does the SIMER really get a floor?
- The pump primes from a 5 mm water level and keeps pumping down to roughly 2 mm. After that the floor is damp, not wet.
- What does the anti-airlock valve do?
- At very low levels a pump easily draws air and loses its water column. The patented SIMER system lets that air escape so the pump keeps going.
- Can I pump dirty water with it?
- The SIMER is built for clean water with particles up to 2 mm. For sludge or rubble use a dirty water pump.
- What is the difference between the 6 and the 6S?
- The 6S has a built-in level switch and runs automatically. The 6 is operated manually.
- Are spare parts available?
- Yes. Seals, check valve, capacitor, suction filter and the complete power cable are available through Contimac.
